A request or response body; the type column links to the schemas it refers to.

Field	Type	Required	Description
post	boolean	yes	Whether the caller may start a discussion here: they take part in the department's forums, and the forum is open.
manage	boolean	yes	Whether the caller may rename, describe, archive and restore it (forums:write).
delete	boolean	yes	Whether the caller may permanently delete it with every discussion in it (forums:delete).
