Field	Type	Required	Description
reply	boolean	yes	Whether the caller may reply: they take part in the department's forums, the forum is open, and the discussion is not locked — unless they moderate it.
edit	boolean	yes	Whether the caller may edit the discussion: its author, while it is unlocked and its forum open.
delete	boolean	yes	Whether the caller may delete the discussion: forums:delete over its department, or its author while nobody else has replied.
moderate	boolean	yes	Whether the caller may pin, unpin, lock and unlock it (forums:moderate).
